500 gramminced-lamb
4 table-spoonolive-oil
2 table-spoonlemon-juice
1 table-spooncoriander-powder
1 table-spooncumin-powder
1/2 table-spoonchilli

Served well with Jack Daniels 😉

  1. Pour some Olive Oil in a cooker and add minced lamb
  2. Add Garam Masala, Cumin Power and Coriander Powder
  3. Add Ginger Garlic Paste and Green Chillies
  4. Add boiled Chana Daal and Let it cook for a while
  5. Let it cool down and grind the mixture to a fine paste in a grinder
  6. Add coriander, salt, red chilli powder, lemon and garam masala to the paste
  7. Put some oil on your hand and make small cakes
  8. Put a pan on medium heat and add some butter, start placing these small cakes
  9. Keep turning them and plate them when brown
  10. Delicious Kabab's Ready
