Laal Maas, a Rajasthani preparation of mutton. From marination to the cooked meat.

  1. Make a paste of the marination ingredients and Marinate the mutton for 4 hours. Pl do NOT add salt.
  2. In a big Kadhai, heat the oil and fry the onions and tomatoes.
  3. Once they are well cooked, add the marinated mutton and cook for an hour.
  4. Before covering the lid, add the salt. Keep the lid on and the flame low.
  5. Serve Hot
