4 numberchopped-green-chillies
1 handfulfresh-leaves-of-mint
1 handfulcoriander-leaves
1 handfulgrated-cheese
1 pinchsalt-to-taste
1 pinchcrushed-black-pepper
1 table-spoongaram-masala-powder
1 table-spoonlemon-juice

This is a lovely dish for a starter. 
Soft and delicate paneer pieces gets aromatic and delicious with cheese, mint and other ingredients.

  1. Mix all of the above ingredients (except paneer) in a mixing bowl - rub with your fingers to mix grated cheese with the other ingredients. Pour single / double cream into it and bringing it all together.
  2. You'll a good medium consistency of it , dip and coat the paneer pieces with the mixture.
  3. Set the microwave - 180 degrees, convection and Grill.
  4. Place the paneer pieces on an aluminium foiled microwave safe plate. And into the microwave.
  5. Set for 10 - 12 minutes to see a nice brown colour on the paneer surface and melting cheese, flip the paneer to get it done on the other side.
  6. Serve hot, with chutney of your choice
