4 numbersun-dried-tomatoes
500 gramdry-steak
1 table-spoonliquid-margarine
2 cupwater
2 cup8-cream
2 table-spoondark-soy-sauce
2 table-spoonunsweetened-mustard
1 cuppickled-onions
1 handfulparsley
1 handfulgreen-beans

This a favorite recipe i make often , I love the mustard /cremé fraiché sauce with little chinese soya sauce , the small pickled onions and sundried tomato + green beans( haricote verts) marry so well in this lovely beef stew ( the meat is thin cut tender beef we call it leaf beef)serve it to potato pressed thru a ricer ……Love love love it

  1. Scale and boil potatoes. Do not soak the tomatoes approximately 20 minutes.
  2. Shred löbiffen and sauté in margarine in a saucepan. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour in water and bring to boil. Reduce heat, stir in the cream, soy sauce and mustard and let it simmer for 10 minutes
  4. Sprinkle with sliced ​​tomato, pickled onions and chopped parsley. Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
