2 table-spoonmaple-syrup

0 chocolate-sauce
0 sliced-almonds
0 icing-sugar

A rich and decadent Cardamom Maple Toasts stuffed with a sweet combo of Banana + Nutella filling, dusted with icing sugar, drizzled with extra chocolate sauce, topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with crushed almonds and marshmallows.

FOR BAKED BANANA
  1. Slit the banana lengthwise, but don’t cut completely through it!
  2. Stuff the banana with the Nutella and wrap in tin foil.
  3. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
FOR CARDAMOM MAPLE MIXTURE
  1. Heat butter in a pan. Add cardamom powder and maple syrup.
  2. Stir well and let it come to boil. Remove from heat and set aside.
FOR TOASTS
  1. Slather the mixture on two bread slices and sandwich with other two slices.
  2. Brush both sides of sandwiches with the prepared cardamom maple mixture.
  3. Broil them at 200°C for 2 minutes or simply grill them.
FOR SERVING
  1. Cut sandwiches into desired shapes and dust them with icing sugar.
  2. Top with whipped cream and drizzled chocolate sauce.
  3. Top with almond slices and marshmallows.
  4. Enjoy with a glass of milk or coffee.
