Baked Salmon in red wine sauce

2 table-spoonolive-oil
1 pinchcrushed-black-pepper
1 pinchmixed-herbs
1 pinchchopped-garlic-cloves
2 table-spoonred-wine
1 teaspoonhoney

Bring some ‘eat-a-lian’ healthy colourburst in your plate!

  1. Marinate the salmon fillet with some olive oil,salt,crushed black pepper & mixed herbs.
  2. Wrap it up in aluminium foil and put it in a pre-heated oven for 15 to 20minutes.
  3. Take some olive oil in a pan.
  4. Add chopped garlic and shallots for few minutes.
  5. In a separate bowl whisk red wine and honey together.
  6. Add the mixture in low flame.
  7. Add some black peppers and salt.
  8. Reduce until the mixture becomes syrupy!
  9. Place the baked salmon in a plate.
  10. Pour the sauce over it and its ready to eat.
